Excellent quality file cabinet.  Looks like one costing much more.  Solid wood construction not cheaper particle found in many today.

The cabinet itself is a high quality item. A very strong, sturdy, heavy and well built cabinet but the drawers are substandard and very cheaply made. Almost if two separate companies built this unit. The drawers had a label underneath that showed "Made In Mexico". I don't know if this means the whole unit was made in Mexico or just the drawers but the drawers were clearly of a low grade construction and the drawers are what carries the weight in a file cabinet. You would think they would be built a lot better. When I received the unit it was packaged very well but the top locking drawer was damaged. The back of the drawer was pulled loose on one side making it useless due to no glued joints and a few cheap staples. I purchased a small tube of Gorilla glue and a pack of small nails to repair. I was not going to pack the heavy unit up and send it back to only wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement. If I had to guess my problem was due to Covid since companies use this as a crutch now. (Why is it late? Covid, Why didn't it come? Covid, Why was it damaged? Covid, Why are parts so cheaply made? Covid. Covid has been the new blame game for companies in the last 2 years. Everything from fuel, food, consumer goods and yes cars. COVID)

Buyer beware it's going to be covid

The product didn't look at all like the picture on line and arrived damaged. I will be returning this.
