I have used this brand since I started wearing makeup, just a few years ago HaHa!  It has never let me down.  I have veered off and tried others just to be very disappointed.  I have decided to give up on trying all the new stuff that comes out and stick to what I know works!

Have few different brands and to this day sixty years wearing mascara, I still resort back to Maybelline green and pink tube. Why? It's is the only mascara that doesn't interfere with my allergies. No eye itching.

I have tried so many different mascaras and I continuously like clockwork go back to Maybelline big lash it has a pleasant odor it doesn't make my eyes water like waterproof mascara or dry out my eyelashes the price for the amount of a mascara you is a  excellent deal

I've tried all the “latest and greatest” mascaras, but I always come back to Maybelline Great Lash—it's a classic for a reason! The Blackest Black shade is bold and rich, and the formula goes on smoothly without clumping. It gives my lashes great definition and just the right amount of volume without feeling heavy or flaky.

I also love that it's washable—it comes off easily with makeup remover but stays put all day without smudging. For the price, you just can't beat it. If you're tired of overhyped mascaras that don't deliver, this is the tried-and-true winner!

Old School, But Still the Best!

I did a review for another new Maybelline product that I'm not too crazy about, but this Great Lash mascara has been my favorite since I was a young person and still is.  I've tried so many others  in between and have kept going back to this one.  I look for the pink and green package when purchasing.   This is the only one I will buy.  Now, if Maybelline would just bring back some of my other faves, that would be great!

Mascara...simple and does the job.

I have been using Maybelline Great Lash since 1971. I have sensitive eyes and washable is easy to remove. I need 2 coats of mascara most of the time but 1 is ok if rushed. 3 coats might not look as good but add a little extra to the tips if you have short lashes.

Old favorite

This mascara has a curved brush, but it just didn't work for my shorter lashes. The brush was too large it difficult to coat them evenly. A straight brush would be a lot more practical for precise application.

Curved Brush Didn't Work For My Short Lashes

I did not like this mascara. The brush is thin and it didn't bring out my eyelashes to make them look full or give them volume. I found that when applying to my eyelashes, it causes my eyelashes to blend together instead of helping the individual lashes come out more. I bought it because Maybelline has always been a good brand but this mascara just did not work for me.

Disappointed

I should have been more careful as I wanted a waterproof mascara and this isn't waterproof. It does come off very easily if that's your goal though. I had a professional woman who does make up say Great Lash is a great product and much better than more expensive brands.

I mistakenly didn't order the waterproof mascara

Wanted a cheap mascara for on the run and this is an oldie but goodie for most. However, it barely coats the lashes, isn't very buildable and creates no volume. Very disappointing. Would've been better off spending the extra few bucks on a different brand.
