I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. These McCain's Bistro express super crips are very good. I am not a big fan of crispy because that usually means hard. But with these, they are crispy outside and soft inside. I usually have to have ketchup with my fries but I don't with the bistro express super crisps 

So from now on, I think I will only buy McCain's Bistro express super crips. They are a little more expensive but they are healthier and taster than any other I have bought.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. It was so good, I did not expect frozen french fries to be as crispy as this is! I prepared this product in a oven for maximum of 26 minutes per instruction and it came out perfect. The flavour was great, I would probably go and try out  the bistro series from them as they have sweet fries as well!!

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. The McCain style bistro fries are different to there regular fries. I was surprised by how it taste like those fries you would have at a retro style restaurant. I find the fries less oily compare to the regular brand fries. Great to pair with any meals! I would recommend to anyone looking for fries that are unique compare to the regular fries.

Unique and flavourful fries!

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. The McCain Bistro fries were amazing fries. They are perfect snack or side to your meal. They are quick and perfectly crispy with that fluffy middle. The fries don't take long to cook and even taste great in the air fryer. They aren't your typical fries as they have a batter on the outside which I found quite delicious.  I found the calories are not high, they are 150 calories per 14 pieces. They are also made with no trans fat. These are great for parties as well.

McCain Bistro Fries

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I enjoyed trying these extra crispy French fries.  McCain Bistro Selects Supercrisps straight cut fries have a very crispy coating that give them a restaurant taste.   I cooked them in my toaster oven in the air fry tray.  I set the timer to maximum time, 26 minutes, but they were ready before 19 minutes.  Some of the pointed ends started to get singed, so I will cook them for only 20 minutes max next time.  I enjoyed them with a queso crema.  I'll try them with ketchup another time.  These would be great for anyone who enjoys coated restaurant style fries.

Extra crispy restaurant style fries

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I recieved the McCain Bistro Super Crisp straight cut french fries for free in order to provide an honest product review. They are good tasting fries. I cook them for a few minutes longer to make sure they are extra crispy. You don't need any extra oil added. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that enjoys crispy french fries and would definitely purchase again.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. McCain Bistro Selects Super Crisps Straight Cut French Fries offered a tasty dish. After baking, the fries were golden brown and were crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside - just how you'd want them. The light coating on the fries added texture. 
The bag was fairly small, so as far as value goes, this may not be for a larger family.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. McCain Bistro SelectsTM Super Crisps® Straight Cut French Fries are crispy and easy to make.  The instructions were easy to follow and they came out perfect.  They were a bit greasy for my taste, but also crispy and the flavour was awesome.  I really enjoyed this product, and it tastes better than most of the other frozen french fry products.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. These Bistro Selects SuperCrisps at first glance appear to be intended as a premium fry product. The packaging markets it as "simple" wash, cut, and batter, and state "our recipe is simple: good food starts with real ingredients: specially selected potatoes, no artificial flavours, no hydrogenated oils."

I was expecting the product to bf e high quality then, and taste great. But what I got wasn't really all that close to it. Also an important note: this is NOT a gluten free product - the second ingredient is wheat flour. The whole ingredients list is potatoes, wheat flour, canola oil, modified corn starch, corn flour, salt, autolyzed yeast, sodium phosphate (to retain "natural" colour it states), baking powder, sugars (dextrose), modified cellulose (so much for real ingredients, this is an additive), and annatto.

I cooked them as instructed -- now the instructions say "these cooking times are approximate. Cook to desired texture" but they ALSO say "DO NOT OVERCOOK!" in all caps. I have a pretty good oven (less than 1 year old too) so I just did as instructed and put them in for the full time on the packaging. Some of the fries came out crispy but the entire package was sliding around in oil on the baking sheet. These things were putting  out an incredible amount of oil, and the majority of the fries were soggy with it. Like they were fully saturated with the oil. And the worst part was that I could taste it. I made poutine for my family (with real cheese curds and poutine gravy) and I could still taste the oil. The fact that they were soaked in it meant that the fries didn't absorb the gravy either.

In all, these were disappointing and I can't recommend them. There are better fries out there.
