Enjoy quick-and-easy Italian flavours at home in as little as 12 minutes in the air fryer or bake in the oven in just 16 minutes. However you prepare it, you’re in for a satisfying side dish. This easy dinner side is low in saturated fats and contains no trans fat or cholesterol, so you can always feel good about sharing it with your family and friends. Enjoy McCain Medleys as a delicious and wholesome addition to any meal. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Air fryer - preheat to 360°F (182°C), fill basket halfway with frozen potatoes and vegetables, air fry for 12-14 minutes to a light golden colour, sliding out and shaking basket halfway through cooking. Oven - preheat to 425°F (218°C), spread frozen potatoes and vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. This was such a delicious and easy meal to make, it was a good complementary side dish to my main dish and was a well made product.

Easy and convenient

This is a convenient, tasty side dish. It is quick and easy to prepare and tastes great. It's not the cheapest, but I might buy it again if it was on sale or I had a coupon.

Quick Side

McCain Medleys Italian Style Roasted Potatoes and Veggies is a good side dish to have with a meal. However the veggies in the bag are not too thick and do not cook well I find, and there is not that much of them in the bag either. The flavour on the items in the bag could also be better. For a quick side dish it is OK, but it needs to be improved.

McCain Medleys Poatoes and Vegetables is ok

I served this as a side dish for a weeknight meal and while it was easy to prepare (dump and cook!), we were disappointed in the flavor, texture and variety of vegetables. It didn't seem like a dish that would take much extra effort to make from scratch. It was fine but not something I would buy again.

Just Ok For Us

A convenient option for a quick side dish the potatoes are well-roasted and the Italian seasoning adds a subtle flavor, but the veggies can be a bit soft overall it is a simple and easy to prepare option, though not particularly stand out in taste

Convenient but mildly flavoured side dish

Tasty product but you don't get enough of this product for what you pay. The price of this product outweighs the convenience of it!

Not Worth the Price!

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. In theory, the McCain Medleys are a great idea! Who doesn't want potatoes and veggies that are pre-seasoned and cook up in 16 minutes?! It seems convenient and efficient. However, when you make them you will be wondering - where are the potatoes and veggies?! The bag was not even enough for 2 adults to have as a side for dinner. The seasoning is good (albeit a bit excessive), the potatoes are yummy (albeit there aren't enough), but the beans have the weirdest texture - almost like Styrofoam! For us, the cons outweigh the pros. However, if you are making a meal for 1 then perhaps this is the product for you!
