I can't believe that I have never tried McCain pizza pockets before. I liked them so much better than similar products I have had in the past. I used to buy the frozen pizza pops when my daughter was younger, but did not care for them myself. I decided to try the pepperoni pizza pockets. The fact that they are baked makes them taste closer to actual pizza The pops are stuffed with a good amount of filling. When I heated them up, they smelled delicious...,like pizza. The sauce tasted authentic with a nice tomato flavour. I really liked the dough in the pocket itself. I heated the pops up once in the microwave and one time in the oven. They were delicious both ways but microwave is quicker and gives a softer crust.

Superior to similar products

We had the McCain® Classic Pepperoni Pizza Pockets for dinner tonight. 
The whole family enjoyed them. 
They were stuffed so full with the filling mixture. 
The filling and the dough had such a great flavor. 
I like that they are baked and not fried. 
I will definitely buy them again for quick meals on busy nights and for school lunches.

Great flavor

McCain® Classic Pepperoni Pizza Pockets are are best out of pizza pocket options (in my opinion). They are tasty, easy to prepare and fast. They have a great mix of sauce, pepperoni and cheese. One makes a good snack, and I eat 2 for a meal and feel satisfied. It satisfies my pizza craving but cheaper and much faster than making pizza. I can be eating a hot pizza pocket in less than 2 mins. I will be buying this product again.

Easy, fast and delicious!

McCain Pepperoni pizza pockets are so delicious!! I was surprised but the crust is light and fluffy and the inside isn't overstuffed. The cheese melts and it all blends together really nicely has a great taste. My kids really like them because the pepperoni isn't spicy. The tangy sauce fits in nicely and brings it all together.
I will be buying these from now on.

Surprisingly delicious

My first time trying pizza pockets. And I mist say I am positively surprised.
First time I tried to microwave them - please don't do it. It was soggy, and tasted like a bun with some sauce inside.
Second time I put them in the oven. It was a nice addition to a lazy weeknight dinner. The bun on top was crispy and the filling tasted pretty good. Although I would prefer more pepperoni filling.

Good addition for a lazy dinner

These are a snack staple in our house, the teenager eats them like they're going out of style. I like that they're quick to make, with next to no after-mess. I also like that they're round, so you don't end up with dried out, crusty edges and corners. The wrapper is convenient too. For days that I only need to make one, I slice between the two, pop one out, and wrap the pocket wrapper around the other one to put back in the freezer. It's not sealed, but it's not like it'll last long in there anyways.

A decent snack in 90 seconds

This is a great product for something quick to eat. Need to pack something in your lunch fast, perfect, as long as you have a microwave to heat it up. Great for dads (like me) on the weekend when you want something to fill you up so you can continue with whatever weekend work you are doing. No muss, no fuss. Just pop them in for 2 minutes, eat and go. I don't want a meal that you can prep in 15 minutes and eat, I want to eat and be gone in 15 minutes.

Fast and easy, just like guys like

My family and I really enjoyed McCain's pepperoni pizza pockets. I like that these are baked - I feel good giving them to my son. They're so easy to cook . There was a good amount of pepperoni and cheese in them. I would definitely recommend these pizza pockets to family and friends and will be repurchasing myself.

These are good!

This was my first experience with McCain Pizza Pockets. They were much smaller than I expected, but would be good for children's little hands. Cooking instructions were easy to follow. The product did not change in form while cooking (no leakage of sauce or items). Once cooked they were a nice brown colour. Although they felt a bit too crispy to the touch, when eating they had a nice texture.

I was surprised at the amount of pepperoni stuffed inside. The flavours were nice, and a good amount of cheese too. Taste was pretty good...not quite like eating pizza, but didn't taste like fast food.

My children enjoyed the McCain Classic Pepperoni Pizza Pockets. It is not something I would eat again as I prefer different toppings. I would try a different variety of the McCain Pizza Pockets. I might have this as an occasional item in the house, but not all the time.

Okay but not for me

I got this for my bf kid. I personally didn't think it tasted that great. Kid love it though. It is but very big and I find it pricy for the size.
And the stuffings are skimpy. But that being said it, kids like it. I find the sauce and pepperoni very salty. Cooking this ahead so that kids can bring to school makes the bread very chewy.

Pricy for what it is

The outer bread layer on this product is thicker than the competitor which makes it more easily portable with less risk of burning yourself from the hot internal contents. They look like small firm buns.

I cooked the pizza pocket as per the oven instructions on the box. I think I prefer microwave as I found the crust too crispy and I'd prefer a softer pocket. The cook time is much reduced as well in the microwave.

I do not enjoy the taste of the pepperoni used. It is thick cut and there MAY be 4 pepperoni in each pocket. The sauce tastes too sweet for my liking but also different from the 4 cheese pockets which I like better.
