However you prepare them, you’re in for a treat. McCain® Super Spirals® are low in saturated fat and contain no artificial flavours, hydrogenated oils, trans fat or cholesterol, so you can always feel good about sharing these fries with your friends and family. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Air fryer - preheat to 330°F (165°C), fill basket halfway with frozen spiral fries, air fry for 10-12 minutes to a light golden colour, shaking halfway through. Oven - preheat to 425°F (218°C), spread frozen spiral fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Not recommended for cooking in a microwave. They are made from real potatoes and good quality of ingredients. They are trans fat free, cholesterol free and without artificial flavors. They are slightly spiced, tasty , crispy with fun corkscrew shape.

Everything about these is yum! Something about the spirals shape just adds that extra little zip! And the seasoning….SO GOOD!!! Buy a bag everytime they are on special!

These are a liked by the younger members of our family. Seasoned well but not too salty. Bakes quickly or even faster in air fryer. The curly shape make it fun to eat.

Tasty wiggly fries

These super spiral curly fries by McCain are mediocre at best.  Whenever I bake them, they always come out broken, soft or both. The taste is ok and kids like them so I'll still buy them just not as often.
