Our family uses this product frequently. We love it on eggs and making breakfast poutine. It is great on asparagus too. The flavour rivals other brands and most restaurant locations. Easy to make with butter and leftovers keep well in the refrigerator. We have to make a double batch with two packages. Love this hollandaise sauce!

I love this sauce and use it every Sunday for a special breakfast of eggs Benedict. I like that there is a lot of powder so I can use it twice so it goes a long way!
