[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much better than I thought it would be. Hat was definitely not one size fits all. Super tight fit. Not so much that it gave me a headache. Tolerable for short periods of time. Too small for my head. My head is on the larger size of average. Great look for a one piece. Good for the budgey or a quick grab.

This is worth the money.  It's an easy costume to work with, and the whole thing is pretty good quality.  The neck is a little tight, but not uncomfortable to wear.  It's a little big on me, but I'm okay with that.  Overall, I was very pleased.
