These shoes are SO light and comfortable.  
This is my 4th or 5th pair. 
 As they get older they move to different use: the oldest are for yard, the second newest is for daily use jogging and walking and the newest pair is for places like cruise ships, world travel and Disney World.
The color choices are challenging!

The Vapor Glove 4 fits like a glove!  It is so lightweight that you almost don't know that you have it on.  I wear these shoes for everything; workouts, running, mowing and everyday life.  Please don't stop making them.  Please continue to add colors.

Absolutely FABULOUS product!!

I liked these so much that I bought another pair for later because it seems like my favorites are always discontinued.  I LOVE the color (I got the teal) and have even gotten compliments from strangers.  I love that the toe box is wide enough that my toes aren't squeezed.  In the past I have bought men's Merrells because the women's sizes were too narrow.  Not these, plenty of barefoot-style wiggle room.  The sole is a good thickness - not too much cushioning but not so thin that I feel every little pebble.  If they should come out with the same shoe in a different pattern and colors, I would buy more.

My new favorite shoes

Barefoot shoes were recommended for me by neurologist for balance problems.  They help me a lot in being able to actually feel where I am walking.   The Vapor Glove 4 is a true fit, well made in gorgeous colors,  and as comfortable as ever.  Thank you!

Seventh pair of Vapor Glove product in 3 years

I've heard Merrill made good shoes and checked out the site to see if I could find new running shoes. The Shoe style guide and auto selector were spot on for my  needs.  Better than barefoot is an understatement.  Love both pairs I purchased and  don't have the ankle pain when I run.

Great Shoes

I've been running in Merrell barefoot shoes for several years now and love them so much. This is my first pair of Vapor Glove shoes and I am very happy with them. 
My foot is narrow (though my toes now splay more from barefoot shoes) and this shoe is perfect because it tightens enough to grip my mid foot/heel but there is enough room in the toe box. Speaking of toe box, that's also perfect, not too wide, not too small. 

I sized up a 1/2 size in these because my previous pair (Pace Glove) was fitting a bit snug. (Again, due to splay your feet may get “bigger” over time.)

You will feel rocks through these shoes, but if the majority of your running path is smooth, this won't be an issue and I've gotten used to the odd rock.

Great product!

Exactly what I was hoping for.

I live in Algoma Country, Ontario, Canada, and its rugged. We have every type of terrain you could imagine to run through, and every type of water way to guide yourself through

I have worn these shoes only 3 times but thus far they are amazing. It caught me a little off guard how much you do actually feel the ground beneath your feet, my other pair of barefoot runners from Merrell were purchased 4yrs ago and the sole was thicker then. I love that my foot can mold over rocks, roots and branches for every grip. I love how open the toes section is as I have baby toe that frequently lost its nail at the end of running seasons from my past bare foot runners not being wide enough to allow my toes to full open. I am an active yogi so I have more stretch in the balls of my feet. 

We just said good-bye to our snow and the trails are sloppy and still icy in some shaded places but these shoes grip the ice well and slick the water away. 

I also wear light running socks (the feeling of any closed-toe shoe on my bare foot gives me the willies) and there is no issue with rubbing or discomfort or the sock bulking up in awkward ways.

I have also wore these on the side walks en route to the trails and they are just fine and dandy for street use as well.

Overall very happy with this purchase. I would have given 5 stars but again I have only been out 3 time so far since I purchased.

Rugged train perfection

I find the shoe runs a bit short, even with very thin athletic socks.  I thought it would be okay, so I wore it on several walks, but I find the shoe makes my feet cramp.  I have bought many pairs of Moab hikers over the years, and find the sizing consistent.  I guess it is just the inflexibility of the Vibram sole which wraps up over the toe box--maybe it will work with no socks. I love the color combo and the shoe is well-made, but I wish I had bought a larger size.

Runs short, but otherwise a nice shoe

Has a little bit of an arch support, different than what I am used to but it feels good.  Unfortunately my stretchy laces are already loosing their stretch integrity., they are only 2 weeks old.  My foot is narrow so its nice to have a zero drop option.  Most have too wide of a toe box.

Barefoot/minimalist shoes have saved my feet. Merrell makes great ones. This model is very comfortable but runs just a wee bit small. After wearing them for a day, my toes seem to end up at the end of the shoe. I will be trying a half size larger next time.

I really like these shoes

I was very disappointed with these low quality shoes
These shoes look like something from the Dollar Store.
Tongue has raw edges (not bound). Decorations are heat pressed plastic (not sew on).
Even the shoelaces look cheap.
The previous pair I bought lasted for years, decorations stripes and logos were sew on, the tongue was bound.
I was hoping for the same high quality.
I have not worn them yet, because I can't decide whether to toss them or return them.
