Recently bought my Merrill gray waterproof sneakers for an upcoming trip to Scotland online.  They arrived just in time as we were having a few days of heavy rain showers in NYC.  I put them on and they were light weight on my feet and felt like a hiking sneaker. I walked out on a soaked trex deck and didn't slide all over due to the grip from the soles.  The dark gray color goes with everything.  The sneakers kept my feet dry and they were extremely comfortable.  I would not hesitate to buy another pair and I would recommend them to everyone.

Merrell

I bought these shoes for a trip to Utah to Zion national Park for a bit of hiking with my son and daughter-in-law. I will say these are the best shoes for hiking that I have ever tried. They were comfortable all day. I felt very stable in them and they just really did their job well.

That's taking choose ever

I had a problem with my Moab 3 boots. I reported them to warranty and was very quickly given a resolution and a gift card for a new pair.  My new pair has been very comfortable.

Good warranty service

Comfortable from the start. Don't need much of a break in period. Zero rubbing, for me. Waterproof as the first hike I wore them on it was raining and me feet stayed dry.

Comfortable and waterproof

I bought the shoes for a trip to Iceland. We went into ice caves, walked thru small streams, and walked 15-20 thousand steps a day.  My feet were dry and happy. The support is excellent and very comfortable shoes. They are my new favorites!

Perfect shoes in all elements!!!

Fit me perfectly after the exchange. I ordered a size 9 which were too snug so exchanged for a size 9.5 which fit perfectly. The exchange was very easy!

Best fitting walking shoes

These shoes fit perfectly and comfortably from the moment I put them on in the store. I bought them for a trip to Ireland and wore them every single day for two weeks.. I wear them now for my daily walks at home. I bought a second pair to wear working in my garden and doing landscaping chores. I wear a size 7 in sandals and everyday shoes but purchased a size 8, which is what I wear for running shoes. I recently wore these shoes to pressure wash our sidewalk and although my shoes did get wet after six or seven hours with the pressure washer, my feet were never soaked, nor did the shoes feel squishy.

So good I bought a second pair

My previous Moabs have GORTEX on the tag.    These have WATERPROOF on the tag.    I am hoping the waterproofing will be as effective as it is not clear what is being used to waterproof the shoe.    Slightly deceptive that there is no information anywhere as to what the replacement is as I was under the impression that the Waterproofing agent would still be GORTEX

I love my hiking shoes, and I expect they will last as long as my last 2 pairs.  They are waterproof, mudproof, and looking good.  I wish I hadn't ordered a half size up.  The website said they run small.  Apparently, my feet run small too.

Pretty Great

Overall, these are great waterproof hiking shoes. I had a pair I wore to hike in the Scottish Highlands but realized they were too small. So I ordered another pair in a whole size larger to hike in the German Alps. They were great. Even though they are waterproof, my feet did not get hot in them like they do in Gortex waterproof shoes. The only thing I’d change is more cushion for the balls of your feet and underneath your toes. Those are the parts that got sore or hurt some.

Overall great WP hiking shoes

These shoes are incredibly comfortable, but are not even remotely waterproof. They unfortunately act as a water sponge. Very disappointing but again extremely comfortable. Just don’t expect them to keep your feet dry.
