[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a cinnamon nut all my life, and Ceylon cinnamon has always been my go-to type to buy, even if it can be difficult to find anywhere but online. I've had varying luck buying Ceylon cinnamon over the years. I don't know if it's because some is old when I get it, it's some other cinnamon being sold as Ceylon, or whatever. But this stuff seems to be the real deal. It's delicious in no matter what I use it in. Makes me want to buy a barrel full. And I'm also happy that it's organic. The zip lock bag is good, but I double bag it just to be safe. To be honest I'm kind surprised at the low price, but not complaining. I hope it remains available for a long time.

It's better for you than regular cinnamon because, it does not affect your body negatively if you eat it regularly. It's a large amount that you get So it's more economical to buy it this way. I use it in a morning tea, I use it on my oatmeal, I use it in recipes and I use it on my yogurt.

My family eats clean, so Ceylon, organic, and 3rd party tested for heavy metals is very important to me. The price…you cannot beat it. I mean it's an entire pound for this price?!! I pay way more at my local store per gram. Also, the resealable bag is awesome. I made a pumpkin bread using this and it was sooo good! When you open the bag it smells so sweet, compared to the subpar cinnamon you can buy anywhere. This will be my go-to cinnamon from now, as long as they keep it like this. Really good, nontoxic, yummy cinnamon spice powder. I highly recommend!

You just use it like any cinnamon, but you will notice and pure lighter and sweeter cinnamon flavor. We made an Apple Bundt Cake with  cream cheese frosting and this cinnamon made the difference. You can also rest assured that you are not getting a cinnamon like Cassia with high levels of coumarin that make it unsafe for high consumption.

This is the best cinnamon you can get, give it a try and you will be stuck with it, This is real Ceylon Cinnamon at a terrific price making if a true value. 5 stars from us.

Light and Sweet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never made  cinnamon tea  just using hot water before and was really shocked at the taste.  Wow is this stuff good.  I was to surprised that since it's just cinnamon and water it was sweet and deliciously cinnamony.  I read it doesn't dissolve well in coffee and it didn't at first but I used a whisk and let it sit  and now am drinking this delightful brew.  For a pound of this excellent Ceylon powder I think the price is worth every penny.  I put some mine in a container to go in the spice drawer and the restmargarine container for the freezer to keep it fresh.
