This plush, soft pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down.One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not!

Been looking for a soft Down Alternative Pillow for a while due to neck pain. Your head sinks down into this pillow and is covered by both sides. Very comfortable and no neck pain so far. I do however recommend the Queen or King size. Great company to deal with. Good communicator, and quick with returns and refunds. Highly recommend.

Every morning I was experiencing back tension as a side and stomach sleeper. I bought 2 of these pillows and noticed a huge improvement! I wake up in the morning with no back tension! These pillows are like a hug, they embrace you and have improved my sleep! I loved them so much I ordered another set. Highly recommended!

Back tension gone!

These were the perfect guest room pillows that I was looking for - not too soft, not too hard. Very comfortable, and they retain their shape very well. Suitable for a variety of sleep preferences!

Perfect!

After recently experiencing a marvelous down alternative pillow at a hotel, I contacted your company to try to find the exact same pillow.  The chat option was wonderful!  She (Natasha?) searched out the information I had and found the closest model.  It was the down alternative, light weight.  I love it!  I did not want the fuller model and this light one is soft and squishy and a delight to sleep on!  I got notification of when the pillow was in transit and when it arrived at the post office. Great pillow!

I purchased two "MICROFIBER DOWN ALTERNATIVE PILLOW" in the Standard Size. 
I absolutely adore them! They are extremely soft and comfortable and it feels like sleeping on a cloud.
Please note that these pillows are super soft - and thus, in my opinion, they do not have firmness or "extra bulk" to them when you lie your head on them. Rather, your head sinks into the soft pillow. This feature was perfect for me because I sleep on my side and on my stomach. As a side and stomach sleeper, firm or bulky pillows that are higher in height tend to hurt my neck and can be uncomfortable. 
So if you are a side or stomach sleeper looking for a very soft pillow, this could be perfect for you! 
If you are looking for a pillow with firmness, bulk and height, you may find this pillow to be a bit too soft.
Personally, I am thrilled with this pillow and love it!

Super soft and low rise pillow - perfect for side and stomach sleepers!

I was not sure what to expect from a non feather pillow.  I have to say these are the best feather alternative pillow I have ever had. We ordered 4 and are so pleased with our purchase. Comfortable, soft and lovely. I plan on buying another set to gift to my daughter, who has feather allergies.

I was surprised

I ordered and received both pillows I ordered in a timely manner (less than a week!). I was a little worried when I opened the package considering how flat they were, and I understand other comments mentioning it. However, it is worth mentioning that after washing them as instructed they were quite fluffy and ho so comfortable! You won't be disappointed! (I got the standard size)

Best pillow!

Bought one set of down pillows... Loved them! Decided to buy a set of Microfibre pillows... Loved them too and just as comfortable as the down ones.
Everything about buying these pillows was great... easy to order online, fast shipping, quality of product and not to mention the hand written note along and adult colouring book with my order. Thank you and what a nice touch. Will definitely be ordering my new duvet from here.

Great Pillows!

We are very happy this these down alternative pillows! Extremely comfortable, they mould and form to your head, neck and shoulders perfectly. I was a previous down pillow user, but decided to try down alternative when it was time to replace our old pillows.
 We are very impressed with the comfort and quality!
We also appreciated the little note enclosed, and the colouring book and coloured pencils.
It was truly a nice surprise and we are impressed at the personal touch!

I purchased two pillows in July 2016 and they have been wonderful. They are heavily used and the only reason I opted to purchase two more was I was taking our pillows back and forth to the cottage every weekend. I cannot get a good nights sleep on any other pillow but these. I even pack one every time we travel. Next stop for my pillow Vegas.
