[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to press this in with a puff over foundation if I need a little more coverage. I haven't tried it on its own, but I might have to give that a try. 
I hit pan on my first one a few months ago, so I decided to repurchase it before I ran out. 
I love that it not only adds coverage, but also has a subtle blurring effect.
I only have 2 issues with the product: cakiness, and shade range. 
It tends to get cakey around the center of the face. I tend to use this on my cheekbones where I have some minor scarring, so that's not a huge problem for me. 
The shade range could also use some work. This powder is a bit too dark from me, so I keep it away from my neck to avoid the obvious shade difference between the powder and my neck. 
Other than that, this is a great product!

Only powder I will ever use! I used to have cystic acne terribly. When I used this I not only got coverage but it didn't break my face out more. Been using only this for 3 years now. Also introduced it to my 12 ur old daughter who now uses it too!!

Best product

I love this Melania concealed perfect shine proof powder. It's an excellent powder. It's worth it's money and I would definitely have recommended it to my friends.

Great powder, lasts most of the day. Seems a little cakey when topped with the original Milani setting spray; I prefer to do the no pore zone primer, concealer where needed (mine is not Milani), original setting spray, then a little dusting of this powder on top to lock it all in and reduce shine. One of the best routines I have found to make more HUGE pores less noticeable. The natural light seems to be a good color for me. I am fairly pale with definite pink tones to my skin (German, Irish, Scottish, and Welse heritage) but have recently become slightly more tan (tan by my standards) after moving to Arizona (even though I wear sunscreen daily).

Great powder, lasts most of the day

Would be higher if not for the false advertising. Both the website and package say to use the included face sponge.  Which doesn't actually come with it. Very frustrating. That aside powder does work beautifully. But truth in advertising goes a long way for clarity, honesty and repeat customers.

I LOVE THIS POWDER.  This new design is the worst!! Did not even see a price reduction with the removal of the mirror %26 sponge applicator.  Apparently, they decided to change the design of the compact and now there is no mirror and no sponge /applicator to apply the product.   I have been using this for years. Now I will be looking for a replacement with a brand that will provide a sturdy compact container with an included applicator sponge %26 mirror for easy touch ups on the go.  I am not interested in a purse full of powder or having to put it on a plastic Ziploc bag to prevent spillage.  Very upset!! Perfect the way it was!   1st photo is what it used to look like 2nd photo is what it looks like now.  The thin plastic cover is loose and does not close tightly.  I never had this happen with the old design.

Great product ruined by subpar cheap packaging.

I have been using Milani Seems like forever because I love the product. I truly don't understand why you changed the design? The new design does not have a button to get into the powder?? That's crazy!! And you used to have a powder pad and underneath the case holder. It's so designed cheap!

I am truly sad.  Ring back the button and so cheap no face powder pad either 
Woe! How do you take a great design then go down hill to save some money?? I CAN'T GET IN MY MAKE UP :/

I am disappointed in the company getting rid of the nitro compact for 01 conceal & perfect compact 
I hav been using Milani face powder over 20 years. And you have gotten real cheap!! No Mirror and a compact you need pliers to get in. Everytime it's a struggle to open the compact. 
Just cheap. Bring back the mirror compact that used to open easier lol
