I got this level with the extendable 12' one and it's been my new go to. Stabila levels are good but tend to bend easy if your not very gentle with them. The Milwaukee red stick is tough enough even for the apprentices to throw around the site.

I hate to write a negative review about Milwaukee tools because they're definitely my brand so I hope this is more of a helpful criticism than anything. For starters I was excited to see Milwaukee had come out with a set of levels that seemed comparable to Stabila but in the end I was let down. I had bought the Red Stick Level Set and after a week of having them and comparing the torpedo, 2', 4' and 6' to multiple co-worker Stabila's and Laser Levels I noticed every single level was off. I had to mark which side and which bubble I could use which became confusing and frustrating so I ended up returning them. I watched a few reviews online that even stated that through multiple purchases they had about a 40% success rate of the levels being accurate. They were very solid and definitely had a high quality feel. But in the end, them actually working correctly is what I needed. Hoping for more attention and care to this matter because I would buy again if I could buy a dependable/accurate set.

Buyer Beware

I can't recommend unfortunately. I have the 24” & 48” Redstick box levels. The 48” is holding up ok, but the 24” never read true from day 1, (never abused or dropped). I thought it was me at first but I get different readings if I flip it and that's when I knew for sure.

Like others have mentioned, plumb readings different from the top vial to the bottom.  Completely different readings when you flip it.  This is the same with both the 48 and 72.  I bought the magnetic 24,48,72 and torpedo kit with case.  The soft case does not hold up in the sun, its borderline disintegrating.  I wanted to love these, but they fell short of my expectations.

Not good.....

I build and install custom cabinets and was excited to purchase the 12” 24” and 48” Redstick levels over Stabila, to go with my other Milwaukee tools. After a couple of weeks of use I noticed the 48” level was a little off. Then the 12” bullet level was reading inconsistently. Now I have trouble trusting the accuracy of the 24” level.

I would not buy or recommend these levels again
