Couch is very small. Almost feels like a kids couch! Directions were horrible. Way to much to put together! Cushions are very firm. Hoping they soften up some. Not sure if I should return it or just givei t a chance. I really dont want to take it all apart as it's alot of work .

50/50 on it

Took all day to put together, instructions are very unclear.
Backrest and arm pillows do not have enough filling, could use double.
The seat and back support could be extra, don't want anyone weighing more than 200lbs sitting on it.

Absolutely disappointed in this couch… The back and arm pillows are flat, providing no support. The backrest is thin and flimsy, giving the feeling of breaking it when sitting and leaning on the back.
I completely regret this purchase!

Complete disappointment

Awful breaks so easily when sitting on it

Worst couch ever

I’m not happy with the sectional, it’s missing a piece.

Back cushions didn't fluff up… lounger part is very short…
