The chair shipped relatively quickly and arrived at my place in one nice big box. The instructions are a set of pictures, so it took a little bit to decode the steps and what was to be placed where, but assembly was rather easy altogether. I didn't attach the armrests, so I can't comment on them, but it's nice to have the option to not attach them. The chair is sturdy and the seat padding is nice and thick. The back support is great for the ergonomically-minded, and the mesh fabric on the back is great for letting air circulate. The mesh cover on the chair can be a little rough on exposed skin (it'll leave a bumpy pressure-pattern in your skin if you sit for a long time), but it's nothing bad. I sit in this chair for hours with no issue.

Modway Articulate Office Chair, Black

Easy to assemble and has been very comfortable.  I've been using it at my desk for a couple weeks now.

Well made chair at a great price. Very comfortable with lots of ability to adjust everything from the height of the arm rests to the angle of the back of the chair and tilt of the seat. Very happy with this purchase for home office.

Very comfortable

A mostly complete ergonomic chair at a budget price. Wish list: arm rests should go lower, lumbar support should be adjustable, they should sell accessories to head support. Unfortunately I selected the grey chair but they sent me the black version, even after e-mail back and forth. The black thankfully looked nice.

Mostly Complete Ergo Chair at Budget Price

This is a decent chair for the price. Takes about 15-20 minutes to put together. I researched several ergo chairs and this one checked most of my wish list. Is not fancy or high end, but does the job. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend.

The chair is OK, but don't expect much more. All the components look very cheap and the silver coating is very low quality. I would say that the quality is less than intermediate if compared with high-quality chairs.

Just OK. Expected more for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat cushion is cheaper than it used to be.   Back slides down, can't get it tight enough to stay up.   I am going to try drilling a hole and using a nail or screw to hold up the back.  This chair used to be made better, i just broke my older version of this chair.   I wish I could use the seat cushion from my older chair or buy the older version of this chair.

I received what was most likely a return. Scratches all over the place on metal and plastic parts. Disappointing experience. Giving two stars because it otherwise looks like a pretty nice chair and waiting to see if Walmart will handle this correctly as this probably came from a third party seller.

Received a used/returned product

The seat area does not seem to be designed with a literal human being in mind, or my chair is defective. There is a very large whale hump of very firm padding in the worst possible place that no one would want to have to straddle for nine hours a day.

It would be great if I were a Barbie doll
