Been using for five months now and absolutely love this product. Easy to set up and doesn't lose connection. Ideal having either the unit or app depending on which suits your needs. Audio and sound are both clear.Worth every penny.

I love this baby monitor. My husband and I can both view baby on the app or use the monitor while were downstairs. The best part is it can be used without WiFi. It was super easy to setup. And it didnt cost a fortune to use like the nanit. This is great for at home or if you travel.

Do you require a subscription in order to view your footage. Or do you need to buy an additional SD card to store certain videos/footage. Or can you just download straight to your phone the footage?

Subscription for the BM04

Is the motion alert (danger zone) only accessible on the app or the parent unit as well? The ad on Amazon says it only available on the app but on here in the comments below it says the safe zone and motion is on the parent unit as well. Please clarify.

Motion

The app is horrible, mine always says offline and you cant see any activity on the monitor. All other devices that use internet in my home dont have any issues. Its really unreliable and Momcozy never replied to my question on how to fix. Debating returning this.

App is horrible

The idea of having dual screen monitor is great and the options of this baby phone are fantastic BUT it loses connection all the time. We have a 3 floor house, and yes, there are walls as in every house or apartment. But apparently the walls cause disconnection, although the specification of this monitor says its reach is 300m. Anyway I can use this baby phone as it simply does not do its main task. Now, I only use mobile app version, but in this one you can connect to both cameras simultaneously.

Good idea - bad realisation

I have had this monitor for 5 months, I love having the monitor and app option. The quality is great. However, I have a constant problem with the monitor. The temperature and the time will not stay correct. The temperature stays at 32 degrees Fahrenheit and the time is an hour off. I have received replacement cameras and monitor, reset it often, and still have the same issue. It is bothersome but I still love the monitor so I deal with it.

Monitor Glitches

Unfortunately bought this (and several other items) only for the clips to break less than a month later when screwing it on to my son crib- which caused the camera to fall on the floor. Camera still works but clips don anymore. When I reached out to customer service about replacement parts they stated it was uman damage?so they couldn do anything about it. 
 This is truly unfortunate, as I have supported this company by purchasing other items and they couldn meet me halfway. 
 If customer service and product quality are important to you, I would consider shopping elsewhere.s

Poor quality and customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally moving my NICU baby into her crib in her own room this monitor has done nothing but add more stress to our plates. We've tried to make this monitor work for 3 months… THREE MONTHS.. 90 days…our own fault. We chose this monitor for the WiFi and handheld option. However, I have been awake after laying our baby down and can hear her crying…. ( not from the monitor turned all the way up) We check the monitor—- it is on, but no new audio comes through. We've adjusted the settings, kept trouble shooting. Now it will randomly turn off even while plugged in. I thought we were saving some money with this monitor and that's exactly what we did. Invest in your baby's monitor. This is pure trash and stress I don't need. Leave it to the owlet to be consistent and wake us up. I cannot express how angry and disappointed I am in this product. Who knows how many nights our poor baby has cried and cried and we are unknowingly asleep.
