Very poor quality on the product and packaging.   I could see the backing of the rug through the top yarns, and yarns were coarse,  it inviting to step on.  The packaging also did 2 things to the rug: 1.)  created 3 deep creases at one end...where the rug should have been rolled, it was laid flat and stacked; 2.) there was a large sticky tag placed directly on the top fibers, it was a nightmare to remove and left sticky residue on the fibers.  A bad purchase.

Poor Quality, Poor Packaging

I loved this rug which is why I purchased, but within just hitting a year. There is holes in this! It just started falling apart of the carpet coming in chunks out! Doesn't stay together and now have a rug that I spent the amount I did that has holes in it. I'm very upset about it, tried to contact Walmart over it and they wouldn't do anything about it either.
