Assembly was more difficult than I expected

Fit the space nicely

It's not easy to assemble the desk especially no pre-drill holes on the desk top and side panels. 
The drawings on the instruction manual is confusing

Poor assemble manual

I had to drill several pilot holes because they wet missing. The drawer was not as illustrated and the sliders did not Line up with pre drilled holes. It is however a sturdy desk.

Metal frame came together easily, but the surface of the desk and the sides that hold the drawer were missing the puncture holes necessary to install the screws. Additionally, the surface of the desk had one corner pushed in, causing it to lift. That small aesthetic issue doesn't really bother me, but without those holes the desk can't be assembled, and making them myself is incredibly time-consuming and difficult. I dont have any power tools around to speed up the process, and in order to install the screws I need to like, chisel through the surface to the softer part in the middle. I've only done one side of the drawer so I might just return it, but I also don't want to take this whole thing apart and pack it up again. Super annoying!
