[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have horrible knee pain when I go on long walks or go on like hikes and it makes me feel so miserable. The Mueller open patella knee sleeve is the perfect solution for this issue! Wearing it helps relieve this pain. For example, I used it this week on a hike and it helped me feel like my knee was stable and I did not experience pain like I typically do. The sleeve is made of a neoprene blend that is soft and felt comfortable to wear and walk/hike in. I like that the patella area is open because it is easier on my kneecap. I hand washed the knee sleeve after my hike and it air dried fairly quickly which was great. I got the medium size which measures 14-16 inches around the knee and it fit perfectly. It was very easy to put on. I placed my foot through the hole, pulled it up over my knee, and adjusted it until it was comfortably over my kneecap. I really like this product and would recommend it.

Knee Sleeve-Medium

Comfortable and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that finding the right knee sleeve is always a challenge. You have size, material, support, and functions to think about. Most importantly is how it feels on you. So this is just a review of how it feels on ME and whether I like it or not. So, what works for me may not work for you, and what works for you may not work for me.

With every knee sleeve, I think it's important to stretch it out for a day. You may think that it defeats the purpose and it will stretch itself out overtime as you wear it anyways, but it's always worked for me this way. Although I measured it correctly and got the correct size, the compression always seem tighter on the first day. After using it a few times, I feel comfortable in it, even though I didn't really like the material at first. The material isn't too thick, but it didn't feel comfortable after I've been sweating for a bit. With the knee cap/patella, there was a bit of chaffing at first. Either I got used to it after a week, or I hadn't worn it correctly in the beginning, but the chaffing went away.

I don't have arthritis, but I have this pain right beneath my knee cap that's been there for the past year. What I didn't know before was that this only hurt when I ran with my heels striking the pavement first. Forefoot running made this less painful. However, transitioning to forefoot running was no easy feat especially since I've always ran a certain way. But with the knee sleeve, it made it easier, and my knee started to heal at a much better rate. My knee literally felt better in 3 days than it did in 3 months, just with the assist of the knee sleeve. THIS knee sleeve. It held and supported my knee and those joints, and allowed me to run more comfortably and confidently without the fear of injuring it. But this knee sleeve didn't feel very good in the beginning. I'm glad I stuck with it because I was stubborn, and wanted to thoroughly test out this product before giving up, because it works better than my other knee sleeve that I bought for cheap.

I'd recommend it if you have any pain in the knee while running. I thought I'd never be able to run again, because even jogging left me in pain for weeks at a time. I felt so sad when I thought running was not an option for me forever… I'm glad that I tried this knee sleeve out, because it helped change the way I run, as well as help my knee recovery in a short few weeks that not even 9 months of no-running has done.

Made it possible for me to do some light running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product for my boyfriend because his knee bothers him whenevever he plays softball. he wore it during a game and he said it really helped his knee to be stabilized while he runs. It fits him well and it doesn't hurt even if worn for a long time. He did sweat on it so I just put it in the washer and it remained perfectly intact. I like this product so much because its functions well and its not very bit to just carry it around.
