I occasionally drink root beer soda, but when I tried this brand I feel like I want to drink more root beer than the regular soda. The taste is perfect for me because its decent. It has a wonderful rich flavor and just the right balance of carbonation. Also, its perfect if you froze it in the freezer! Slurpee time!

Best Root Beer!

I'm not a huge soda fan but I loved this root beer. It wasn't overly fizzy and was really flavourful. Definitely would have again!

Great Root Beer!

This root beer is so delicious. It is the perfect drink, great with ice or room temperature. So delicious but not overpoweringly sweet.

It had great balance of flavor and fizz it was a solid amount not too big not too small anything less probably would have been too little because it was that good caffeine free i think having a cafine version would be good too for comparison but overall a great taste and proportion the bottle was nice fit to the hand not clunky also overall if your looking for a good  movie night beverage with fizz this is it

Its true that i dont like root beers. Its only my husband who have drinking this kind of drink. But as i received the product, maybe its time to try. And i like it! Was thinking like it taste more beer but no, i like the taste. Its nice when its cold and would definitely buy one. Thank you

This product is pretty good! Definitely not up to par with most high end “artisanal” root beers you can buy- you can definitely taste the fact that it's syrupy and more on the artificial side of things. 
That being said, I personally really like the flavour. The vanilla flavour is really strong which is nice! 
I'm not sure if it was the packaging or the length of time that the root beer was in the mail, but it did taste sort of flat, which is mostly why I deducted a star

Pretty decent

The taste is as you would expect from a good ol' bottle of MUG Root Beer. Being an avid root beer lover myself this product did not last long. Would recommend this to anyone who likes root beer or even just a good soda. (Goes better with a nice slice of pizza.)

Classic Root Beer

When you open the bottle at first time, the smell is pretty strong and kind of distracts you (herb like smell) and after tasting it - there's another strong herby-like aftertaste that lasts a little while, that I didn't really like

I was really excited to try MUG root beer but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations.  I was expecting more spritz and tanginess tastewise but it was very sweet for my taste and almost had a medicinal aftertaste which I don't like. I recommend having this root beer with some ice and maybe lime it makes it tastes really good.
