This brace for me is excellent. I have lumbar disk issues in the spine. I wear it very comfortably, it works.
 It does run small.  I weigh 136 and I bought a large.

I have massive back problems, sometimes i can't walk, i bought this brace and it has done wonders for me, everything subsided so i can do some house work, and even go shopping. This is a good brace, i bought others, but only slightly have releif, thanks so much for your product.

the only brace you will ever need

My husband had surgery for a slipped disc over ten years ago and still has problems when he overdoes it. We have been walking everyday and he back started acting up so I bought the brace and he loves it. He started wearing it on the walks and while doing yard work and within a few days he had noticeable improvement and now is pain free.

Great for reducing back pain

it really helps my back while gardening and other things. its really comfortable while still supporting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I like that it's Lite and firm but comfortable and seems to help if you're having back issues - The Negatives are there's very little Velcro for the fastening and I feel this will cause it to wear out rather quickly - So if you're like a Delivery Man and need to use it daily this may not be the best choice but if you just need some support as you heal from a Strain - I would get it and did - The Sizing is Accurate and a Good Feature - Picture is of Velcro Patches

My Back Went out and this Helped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This back brace is good. For my particular use, it works best when standing and walking a lot. I wouldn't use it when sitting and standing repeatedly. This is no fault of the brace because I've got a belly, so when sit I have to adjust it each time. Otherwise I highly recommend. I feel great support!

Great item, good back support!

This item runs very small, we correctly used their measurement chart for my mom, 34” and ordered a sz M, this was so small it didn't even get close to closing, other than that it seemed as if was of good quality, however it's brownish we didn't know that. Oh well we're returning it.  Maybe. Better luck next time, only reason for giving it 3-4 bc of it's inaccuracy

Not accurate in size- AT ALL

I purchased this belt for back strength support. Pros: The belt looks good and appears to be made of quality materials. The velcro is really strong and hopefully will last a long time. Cons: My back starts hurting after wearing this belt for just a short time even with minimal activity requiring little or no exertion or bending. I've tried wearing the belt a little higher on my back followed by a little lower with no improvement. I also adjusted the tightness of the straps ranging from very tight all the way down to bare minimal tightness. The belt came without any written instructions or practical tips on how to properly adjust and wear the belt for maximum benefit nor was there any care instructions for the belt other than a tag on the inside of the belt with a laundry symbol on it that I later learned means machine wash cold. I intend to try using the belt again in the future to see if my experience improves. For now, I decided to give this belt 3 of 5 stars rather than 2 of 5 only because it looks to be well constructed with quality materials.
