I put amaranth in the crockpot for 2 hours with salt to taste. First time ever making amaranth, now I make it every week. I'll be baking amaranth bread soon.

I'm learning about the various flours and grains that are more healthy for you than the ones that have all that carbs but this goes into the system slowly allowing you to feel full and not raise your blood sugar grains of the Bible.

This is the pure stuff: organic amaranth grain--put a little between your cheek and gum: SKOAL, brother!

Amaranth - great faint beet-like earthy taste with a miniature quinoa like texture.  I really enjoyed it.

The taste was awesome. Very versatile grain.

Loved this product.

Tasted like mold. Attempted to use for baby porridge, even mixed with a little blueberry and banana. We both tried it and the baby cried it was nasty did not taste fresh or stored properly tasted strongly of mold and says no return. Very upset would like my money back asap.
