Wonderful substitute for sugar. It even has the benefit of tasting a little bit like brown sugar.

Sugar my way

As a sweetener, date sugar is a nice change of flavor, but does not sweeten like regular sugars nor will it dissolve.  It is simply ground dried dates.  Good for smoothies and any application where the taste and natural sweetness of dates is appropriate.

On line ordering is very convenient as the product is not available locally. Shipment arrived prompt;y and in good shape.  Would recommend!

Alternative Sweetener

Ive never used date sugar before and I am a picky eater. This was not one of my favorite tries. While it is great for others, It didn't work out for me

Date sugar may work well for other people with different needs, but it does NOT dissolve and is therefor useless for coffee and other liquids.

I thought this would replace white sugar but it is not sweet at all.
