This pasta is made without the 8 major common allergens, making it a great option for individuals with allergies or dietary restrictions. In my experience, this pasta has been a hit with my family, especially my twins and my middle child who has texture issues.  They really enjoyed the Pasta/Chicken, I made with the pasta. It is always a big relief when you come across an healthy option that the kids love. We will definitely be a regular customer.

Quinoa Macaroni Pasta, Organic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I go for the protein pastas, but they traumatized me as they would just have such a bite-back-at-you-texture that I didn't think any other grain pastas would suffice. But this Quinoa Macaroni pasta was an exception! I was experimenting and I was craving a gochujang mac and cheese, and was worried that these would not swell up enough to fix into my baking dish. Boy was I wrong! And they did not have that gritty, fall apart texture even if you were to cook them to al dente. It was perfect! Now I'll get this pasta for when I make baked pastas for my aunt who has Celiac because these happen to be gluten free as well!
10/10 would recommend!

WOW! Just as good as "regular pasta"

I love that it is made of quinoa, which is something I've been wanting to eat more since it's healthier and I think making it into the pasta (as a pasta lover) was literally amazing!
