Can be intense for some, but inconsistent in its effect.

Love the subtle color, and non-burning low maintenance plumping effect, only problem is this one doesn't come In ENOUGH colors. I have 3 of the colors, the hot pink, electric red, and the deep plum, don't know the names offhand.

NYX Professional Makeup

I use the filler instinct clear lipgloss religiously, thought I'd try out something new. This just glides on and is so creamy. A lot of lip oils and certain lip balms don't hydrate enough but this lasted all night, adds a sheer natural colour and plumps great! I've stopped buying toofaced lip plumper to get this instead.

I got Sugar Pie and I have an Olive brown complexion

Better than expected

Love the shade and is a little of a stain which I like so after you eat your lips stay a lighter shade.  Gives a little tingle as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received The NYX Filler Instinct in the shade Miami Nights to try in my voxbox. It goes on really smooth and has a subtle tingle so you know its working. The packaging is eye catching with the metallic lips. There is no smell or flavor to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ok Influenster...I had to do my makeup just to review this stuff since I haven't been leaving the house LOL! First off, this product promises up to 8 hours of moisture. I would rate that at about 2 hours for me. The longevity wasn't what I hoped for. However, the moisture factor was great while it lasted. It also claims sheer color, so I went light on the makeup, but man, this isn't what I would call sheer! Not a bad thing, just be aware of that fact. So for the color/moisture payoff, it was awesome! It felt like I was wearing lip balm with the color of a lipstick. The color lasted about as long as a typical lipstick at this price point, so nothing special there. I still have a longwear lipstick that I prefer over this, hence only 4 stars. But for thr price for the moisture and color, it's a good value. I do love the color. It's a little different than what I typically wear, but it's a nice find. I was sent the Juicy Pout color to sample.

Tinted balm with color of a lipstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, right off the bat, the packaging is whimsical, you would almost think you were opening up a teen lip balm. 

The good: 
The color is very pigmented. 
Staying power is decent.
It doesn't get all melty and messy when you apply it. 

The lacking:
It doesn't plump so much as it just tingles/burns a little.
It is very drying, and feels a little like paint going on. 
The ingredients aren't somethig I personally would like to subject my skin to. 
The application is solid and does not glide, leaving you to kind of grind it into your lips to get some on.

Less plumping, more pigment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who wears a variety of lip colors, finishes, and opacities I wasnt a fan of this one. I give it two stars because it was somewhat moisturizing like a lip balm, but it does not have the color pay off that I was expecting. I was mostly disappointed because it was hard to apply without it looking like I had just eaten a popsicle. It is supposed to be lip plumping and I did feel the tingle but no change in size.

The color was hot pink which I dont remember selecting but I tried it anyway. Being very pale, the color did not look good on me. The lipstick started burning right away because of the plumping feature it has. I have used plumping products before but none of them has ever burned this much. I took it off after about 2 minutes because I couldnt take it anymore. I wouldnt buy this product. Thank you for sending it for me to try but its just not for me.
