Paneer is a fresh cheese, common in South Asians. Paneer is suitable for Entrees, Appetizers, Tandoori and Barbecue vegetarian cuisine. Nanak paneer is an excellent quality paneer with good sliceability. It is manufactured in state-of-the art fully automated production line using scientifically proven technology. It is a great source of Protein & Calcium.

The taste of this paneer makes a difference in the food. I personally like the way this one tastes more than others. I mainly prefer this over Brar Malai Paneer because of the soft texture vs dry and crumbly.

Soft and goes well for use in curries

Now that I'm on a low sodium diet I'm watching the food labels even more closely.  Cheese products tend to have a lot of sodium so I was pleased to find this great cheese with terrific flavour and texture and almost no sodium.  I used it in an Indian paneer dish but I'd use it in a salad or on a pizza.  It won't melt but cut in small chunks would work fine and give a mozzarella flavour.

I like Nanak foods products.  Especially cheese is natural healthy real Indian cheese,  not having any chemicals or processed like other unhealthy cheese slices.
 However,  I did Not like their DAhi. I tried number of Indian Dahi, all are good, but Nanak light greenish packing was awful, sour and worst I ever had. I purchased 4 boxes, threw all.

I bought this one day before and this doesn't take like panner at all. It taste like you are eating a chewing gum. Extremely bad quality product.
