I had my last 100 foot pocket hose, not this brand, for three years and it finally bit the bullet with a leak in the hose. I decided on this one because it is stronger and Walmart had the best price. I keep it wrapped up out of the sun as I did the other one and avoid catching it on sharp objects. I could not imagine not having an expandable hose, so easy to use. I pretty much use the whole hundred feet of it.While I'm waiting for the water  to retract. I just continue to water closer to the faucet. It is definitely sturdier and thicker than the last hose I had. This is for the backyard and I surely would like to get one for the front.Time will tell.

Love the lightweight and nozzle

Probably no if you are trying to use it with a sprinkler. It has the tendency to pull back with some force.

Not useful with a sprinkler

Wonderful hose.  Loved the ease of use and light weight.  However, after using it 2 months, it has sprung a leak.  Should have lasted longer.

After a few times watering my plants I noticed a leak about in the hose about two feet from the nozzle. Very disappointing. My older silver pocket hose is still going strong after two years.

Cheap.

My pocket hose expands when I turn the water off and contracts when I turn the water on. The opposite of what it should do.  So I'm taking the hose back.
