my grandson is 12 and the great thing about this us it is all natural he takes the 3mg about 9 pm and he is asleep by 10.  He is not drowsy in the morning. i would recommend this for children and adults

Clearly contains Melatonin! I enjoy the taste very much.  Dissolves quickly. No sugar, so I can go to sleep without dental concerns. Must dissolve. If I chew them, they don't seem to work. I've used these for years.

These work great!

I'm so happy I chose this fast dissolving melatonin! The strawberry flavor has a light, tasty sweetness with no weird aftertaste. I usually chew it a bit, then let it dissolve under my tongue. It's small, easy to take, and perfect for sensitive sleepers. I've tried other brands where 3mg wasn't enough, but even half a Natrol tablet helped me relax and wake up with real energy and a better mood. I believe the absorption was great—I felt truly rested. The full tablet made me a little groggy, so cutting it in half worked perfectly. I love that it's natural, gentle, and non-habit forming. This is now my go-to sleep support, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Natural Sleep Win: Tasty, Gentle, Effective

3 mg is nice because if you have to double up, it's only 6 mg which is not unreasonable for helping you get to sleep. I fall asleep all right it's just a matter of waking up and not being able to fall back asleep. This helps reduce that effect.

Sleep better.

Melatonin is a natural component in our bodies, but sometimes we don't produce enough of it, this Melatonin by Natrol has helped immensely! Now my nights are spent sleeping and not tossing and turning!

Restful nights

This melatonin tastes really good, it works fast too. The only thing I don't like is that it hits so fast that it makes me dizzy. So if you take it don't wait 30mins, get in the bed right away.

My son is 7 and has been using melatonin to sleep for about 2 years. We tried this one as he hates the liquid ones and needs at least 3 milligrams to fall asleep quickly. He looks forward to chewing one up and calmly drifting off to sleep.

Drift off to sleep

This product did not work for me - doctor told me to try it for 2-3 weeks - I did %26 it didn't work. The doctor wanted me off of Benadryl for health reasons that I used to help me sleep. This melatonin product did help me get off of Benadryl, so that is a positive.

It did not work to help me sleep at night.

I like the taste but it doesn't really help me sleep as fast and if I wake up I can't go to sleep again.

It's ok

These do absolutely nothing. I took it and was literally up the rest of the night tossing and turning. Would not recommend
