Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate Powder (Sweet Lemon Flavour), 452g - Quick Absorbing - Loved Magnesium Drink

About this item

• REDUCES SYMPTOMS OF STRESS - Magnesium is a key element in controlling and damping our body's reactions to stressful situations (i.e. quickened pulse, rapid breathing, tense muscles, and racing thoughts). Natural Calm's proprietary magnesium citrate formula is a fast-acting agent, to relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce pain, promote heart health and more.
• WHY MAGNESIUM? - It is difficult to get the magnesium we need from food alone. Health Canada confirms that most Canadians aren't getting enough magnesium from diet. Magnesium deficiencies can lead to poor sleep, stress, pain, irritability, constipation and more
• CHOOSE MAGNESIUM DRINK OVER TABLETS - Magnesium supplements in liquid form are the best absorbed. Tablets, while convenient, are widely-known to be less effectively absorbed. Your body only uses a fraction of the magnesium in a tablet.
• BRAND YOU CAN TRUST - This Magnesium Drink Powder is loved by many and Natural Calm has been enjoyed for 38 years.
• DIRECTIONS: The recommended magnesium intake for adults is given by Eat Right Ontario as between 310 and 400 mg per day. One teaspoon of Natural Calm magnesium citrate delivers 205 milligrams of magnesium: about half of what men need every day, and about 2/3 of a woman's required daily intake. Hot water speeds up the process whereby Natural Calm converts from a powder to a highly absorbable, ionic magnesium drink. Optionally, you may add Natural Calm to cool or cold water, or even to juice.
