I exchanged my regular size 7 for a 6.5, definitely go half a size down for a good fit! 
Amazing quality leather feel and super comfortable insole. 10/10 recommend these stylish shoes.

They are a bit snug to begin with but loosen up as you wear them. Unfortunately my left shoe definitely feels bigger than the right so I'm not sure if one was used as a demo and got worn in more. I'm hoping they will both eventually even out. But I love the overall look of this shoe with wide leg dress pants and skirts. I'd recommend this for someone with normal or narrow feet, if you need it to fit wide/extra wide you will have to wear them in quite a bit.

I love the style of this loafer but it can run big in the heel

Are not wide AT ALL, they are narrow and seem small. I've bought almost exclusively naturalizer shoes for the last 5 years and they are so not at all what I expect from naturalizer.

They look cute and are well made, but the sizing is WAY OFF.

Not Wide or true to size.

Even though most of my favourite shoes are regular width, I ordered the wide size and hoped to be pleasantly surprised. When I tried them on, the length was fine, but my pinky toes were so squished at the sides that I assumed I must have mistakenly ordered the regular width. Nope. Turns out, the "wide fit" is an illusion, and much too narrow even for someone who usually wears a regular width. I shudder to think how narrow the regular width must be. Save your pinky toes and keep looking!
