Delicious, hands down. High quality. Also, very natural and non-artificial tasting: subtle (yet wonderful) cinnamon taste, not too sweet at all. Perfectly done, really! REAL dried wild blueberries. And best of all, THIS CEREAL IS DELIGHTFULLY SUPER-CRUNCHY. It lasts quite a while in milk, so it's crunchy to your last bite. The only issue is that I can't often find this product while shopping online. Please bring more of this in soon, Walmart!

Fave New Cereal Find!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If my memory serves me rightly I have been eating optimum since the turn of the century. I had been looking for an organic cereal and I like blueberries and cinnamon so I gave it a try. I liked it very much and it has been my morning breakfast ever since that first tasting. It’s my way of starting the day. Though I did find out it was far too crunchy if you eat immediately after putting the milk in the bowl. So I experimented with letting it sit for 10 or 15 minutes before I began to eat it and that works just fine for me.
Thank you very much I have enjoyed it and will continue to enjoy it hopefully for years to come

First time I tried any Nature's Path product . . . WOW - simply delicious!! In this age of processed, sugarized, cancerous foods we are custom to eating. . . at least we have companies like these that put health before greed! Keep up the great work! I have been startung my day with your Optimum Power Blueberry Cinnamon Flax for 23 years. I live in Surrey, BC, Canada & have bought it at 2 stores, Save-on-Foods in New Westminster & now Surrey at First Canadian Superstore. It is just delicious. I am a diabetic type 2, 34 yrs now & your cereal is included in a great breakfast for me by my diabetic specialist. My lasted blood sugar rest was 6. 0; normal blood sugar is 5. 5. So I add a layer of raw pumpkin, layer of whole walnuts & a layer of fresh blueberries to a bowl of cereal. No other breakfast has ever filled me up & kept me comfortably full until lunch. So I thank you sincerely, from a 66 yr old retiree, with a dog who thinks she should share all my meals?? she really would love to share my breakfast. . .

My only cereal.

Yes this product tastes good, and by that I mean well balanced, not too sweet. Amazingly its texture remains crunchy until the last bite. The standard box allows for about 4 normal bowl sized servings. The main reason for my review is to highlight an unexpected observation: This product causes unstoppable flatulence lasting 4-6 hours after ingestion. I have never experience a product like it. Ive just finished the box and its happened every time without fail. Tastes nice one the way in though :)

Tastes good

The cereal is okay. You can barely taste the blueberry flavor. There are other healthier cereals out there that taste better. The worst part was that mine contained a piece of paperboard (thin cardboard) in it. After a chew or two I realized it was not part of the cereal.

Okay, but contained cardboard

I was very disappointed by this product as it advertised as "Blueberry Cinnamon" yet it has NO blueberries! In fact, there is nothing 'blueberry' about this oatmeal, I've had a whole box and seen one dried up dark thing which I assumed was supposed to be a blueberry. The oatmeal still tastes okay, but it should be called cinnamon sugar. Overall I was very disappointed with this product.

No Blueberries

I used to buy a box of this cereal every time I went food shopping. But since the new "improved blueberry taste" I feel like the cereal now has an artificial smell and flavor. It could just be my nose and I know there's nothing g artificial in the cereal. But I just can't eat it anymore. I didn't even finish the last box. Disappointed since I really did like this cereal.

Used to be my favorite

I don't often buy cereal, but when I was looking for something today, I thought Nature's Path was a good choice. I only wanted a small box so I chose something. I'd never tried before optimum power blueberry cinnamon flax. Yuck. It's bitter and horrible. Why would a cereal be this bitter? So disappointing.

I didn't know cereal could taste this bad!
