[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was too big.  I followed the instructions to return for a smaller size, sent the product back as instructed and have not heard a peep.  No email verifying the return request.  I guess I am going to have to proactively start investigating.  Very disappointing considering the company is only a ferryboat ride away from Seattle.
