When my boots are put away this will be my go-to footwear - I hope. This shoe appears to be on the narrow side and I purchased this shoe as a wide but not double wide. NB has always been known for being true with the width of the shoe which has keep me as a loyal wearer of NB, even my golf shoes are NB wide and feel great as well look great. I figure I have to break in my Minimus TR first to get that NB comfort. I have only tried them on.

Seasonal Everyday Shoe

New Balance US

I saw a few comments that these run narrow and a touch small, so I ordered the wide. I typically where an 11, so that's what I ordered. I wear basketball socks with these for CrossFit workouts and they hold up very well (2 weeks in). If I wore no socks or thinner socks I would have gone a half size down, but stayed with the wide option.

Great Training shoe

I was excited to get a replacement to my old model 600 trainers. I was disappointed when I opened the box, though. The shoes have a significant sideways bend at the toes, and a narrow constriction att the midpoint of the laces. I'm interested in trainers that are light and that conform to the natural shape of my very average foot. I'm not sure who the would fit comfortably, but my experience has made me cautious about NB shoes.

Bizarre shape to these shoes!

I had the previous version of this shoe that I really liked, this model is similar but different and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.  The toe box is a bit different and thus the feel has changed, not in a bad way, just doesn't fit my foot the same way.  I think I still like it. Would love other colors of the shoe

It's the same, but a bit different

I hate to leave a review like this.  I have had fantastic luck with the Minimus Trail 10v1 shoe.  I have used it for all my HIIT workouts and simply wearing as a casual shoe.  I need more of a shoe for my running by the Minimus Trail 10v1 was a great shoe.  Since it is no longer manufactured I decided to give the Minimus TR a try.  It felt different from the moment I put it on but I decided to give it a chance.  I noticed that I was feeling pain the next morning after having worn it.  It took my a couple of weeks to isolate where the plantar fasciitis was coming from since I wear other shoes but eventually I was able to trace it to this shoe.  I would love it if you could bring the Minimus Trail 10v1 back.  It was a fantastic shoe but I sadly can't wear this one.

Awful Plantar Fasciitis Pain

Read the reviews saying these weren't good but I love them. I was running in pure barefoot shoes but I was picking up ankle and foot niggles. These are a great compromise. Pretty flat with minimal drop but with enough shock absorption in the sole.   Normally wear a 7.5, size 8 fits great.   New Balance please keep making the Minimus.

After using this shoe almost everyday for over a week, I'm definitely not disappointed. I have a wide foot, so I always buy the 2E and when I first got this shoe it felt tight to squeeze my foot in there. It felt as if I was going to tear the shoe tongue, but once I got my foot in there, it actually didn't feel bad at all. About the third day I felt like it was easier to put on, and it was just the right amount of snug so that your shoe won't fall off. For me, I'm a 9.5 Mens 2E and the size was right on the money. I almost gave it 3 stars but as I kept wearing them more, I realized that they did feel good whenever I do any type of activity. I don't know if I would buy them again, but for what I have right now, they're good and I approve of the 5 stars for a minimal shoe.

A little tight but worth the trouble

The width isn't the same as my other running shoes from NB. Very tight in 2E for me but giving them time to stretch before making the final decision on what to do with them. Have adjusted the lacing but hasn't helped.  Worn them to CrossFit for a few weeks now but still have to take them off after a couple hours of wear after the gym.

If you are looking for one of the lightest shoes on the market that is amazingly comfortable, this is the shoe. But‚Ä¶if you have wide feet, forget about it. I got the wide (EE) version and have normal width feet and sometimes I have to use a shoe horn

Excellent light light shoe

This is my third pair of Minimus TR shoes because I wear them every day and absolutely love them. Sturdy for strength training in the gym and supportive for throwing in the Scottish Highland games. I like the simple style but the minimus design is best for my feet and activity level.
