The rug is a very deep burgundy, very thick and plush!!! I'm very pleased with my purchase!!!

This is the perfect rug for my den

Nice hallway rug. Deep color brightens room. However, long shagg at 8ft is awkward to clean. It doesn't shake well and can only be hand vacuumed. It also needs nonskid pad. Otherwise, it looks great.
