It looks amazing. The install was easy, the tiles have a lot of weight to them and they dont have that "floating floor" sensation that some lighter floors can have. With the slate, the joints look like perfect grout lines, really neat. Ive got 200lb tools on casters rolling around, no signs of damage or stress.

One tip, good or bad i dont know. When i installed the tiles, the long edge was easy to seat, but the short edge looks mostly locked. I later took a padded mallet and wacked a joint and found out it could click further into place. No amount of tapping from the edge got it seated like 1 wack from above. So if you see a slight ledge between tiles on the short edge, try banging it down.

You get what you pay for. A good thing here.

 shopnewage.com

We have after it was installed. Looks beautiful easy to maintain. It appears to be very durable heavy duty product.. it's not slippery to work on even when it's wet. It wasn't hard to install. We had a little trouble damage tiles, but the customer service was very helpful.

Great product beautiful to look at

I installed the sandstone lvt tiles in my kitchen, laundry room and hallway. Also plan to use in a bathroom remodel. Very pleased with the tile, installation was a breeze for someone with flooring skills.Nice helpful video's on website. Tile is well made, heavy, with a quality underlayment rubberized pad.Used 27 boxes of tile with only 1 damaged tile. Product came on a solid pallet, wrapped and banded well-no movement or shifting during shipping. To sum up, a great experience with New Age Tiles from ordering , delivery, to installation ,am very pleased. My only wish is that they would offer the tiles and planks in more colors and patterns as selection palette is limited.

New Age Sandstone Tile Install

Beautiful and rugged floors. My stonemason installed. After the first row, he had no issues. I decided to use the same flooring in my garage. This installation was an outbuilding shop.

Not just for a garage...

Bought 600 sq ft and installed in garage in about 14hrs. As any flooring of this design, getting the first 3 rows correct is critical. Installation turned out great. Tiles came on a pallet with no damage. Added the Threshhold seal to each of the entry doors, and also looks great. Very pleased with design (graphite) and improved appearance of garage without the worries of using epoxies or other non water resistant tile designs. New install July 2020.

12×23.15" luxury Vinyl Tile (garage floor )

The product is as advertised. Edges are very fragile and require almost perfect conditions to install.

Good product but Fragile Edges

I received a two box sample of the garage tile flooring . The quality is excellent and I believe would make for a superb surface for a garage.

Unfortunately it was not suitable for my flooring requirement there is a floor drain at the center Requires the Floor to warp/slope into the drain in 4 directions. As the tile is quite ridged we were concerned about the tile forming to the floor and the proper interlocking of the tiles.

That said, should my floor have been flat the New Age product would have been perfect.

Good Quality .

Its a nice looking product other than a few tiles that have had the dye from the dark grey run into the light grey. Also the surface scratches much, much easier than I would have hoped.
I think it would be great if your garage is a showroom, but not intended for any functional garage

Looks OK - scratches easier than it should

Nothing stays attached. The end channels are too shallow and if you can't get them engaged none of the long edge matches up properly. The YouTube video is full on fantasy.

Nope. Not as advertised.

I had done my 3 car garage floor just over 3 years ago in the Stone finish. It looked beautiful! It is a bit of a challenge to routinely get the tiles to properly snap together, but with preserverance you will get everything to align. However, after 3 years, I have decided to completely replace the product as with expansion/contraction of the seasons and the routine pulling in/out of the garage, the tiles are detached from one another with the locking mechanism breaking resulting in miss alignment of the tiles. It is not easy to try to replace or realign the tiles when this happens. Hence, I have given up on these tiles. I think they can be good for uses in other areas, but cannot recommend for a garage. All too often products are reviewed too early after installation, but this one did not cut it after a few years of installation.
