If I could give 0 star, I would! The product itself is fine but the delivery arrangement and customer service were horrible. Get it from somewhere else unless you want to experience the nightmare I had.

I made the order on July 16th and the original delivery date was July 22nd. Few days later, the delivery date was changed to July 24th by the system.

On July 24th, I waited at home whole day but nothing came. Talk to online agent and they asked me to wait till 11pm. The agent also mentioned the case is escalated.

On July 25th, I took day off from work again to wait for delivery. A lady from Walmart “escalation team” called me saying they have contacted the carrier and asked told me the delivery would be arrived on that day. After all day waiting, of course my order was not delivered again. I contacted online agent again and they asked me to wait till 11pm as they claimed that carrier would deliver order by 11pm. Nothing arrived at the end of July 25th. The online agent is not available after 11pm.

On July 26th morning, I contacted online agent to ask for delivery status. They told me exactly what it shown on the tracking page, which I could also see it online. They also mentioned the escalation was closed as their team had already contacted carrier and me. I don't understand why the case could be closed before it was resolved. They ask me to wait again. I took day off again and wait at home till 5:30pm. I had a meeting on that night so I left home at 5:30pm. At around 5:40pm, the carrier called me saying they are right at my building entrance asking me to take my delivery. They didn't call me ahead and show up in a sudden. I missed the delivery and the carrier asked me to call their office to arrange redelivery. I cannot find their contact number online and they do not provide any online agent services.

July 27th was a Saturday, no delivery.

On July 29th morning, I got a call from the office of carrier saying my goods would be arriving on July 31st 1-4pm. Later that day, a lady from Walmart head office contacted me saying the order was delayed as the carrier could not reach me. I told her this is not the truth. I didn't receive any call from carrier on July 24th and 25th. The only call I got from delivery team was on July 26th evening.

July 31st was my lucky day, the lovely bedframe finally arrived. Just to mention again the delivery date when I made the order was suppose to be July 22nd.

Walmart charged delivery fee for such unreliable and untraceable delivery. 9 days delay and wasted me 3 days off from work. Great job Walmart!

So, get the bedframe from here if you don't mind waiting at home till 11pm every night until your lucky day arrive!
