they have changed the formula. its no longer cream tube based but liquid dye (that feels like ink) and thinner developer. its hard to manage, cheap feel, bad color and defintely lower quality than what they were providing before. worse than those cheap dollarama dyes. NOT RECOMMENDED! and this si coming from someone who was a regular buyer of this product
