[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman with right leg lymphedema, I needed a panty that would prevent chafing on the top of my thighs. I have bought expensive slimming girdles but they are less helpful than these slightly elastic pants, But these pants would be helpful and comfortable for anyone.

A great find!

I liked that this item prevented chafing, which is partially why I purchased them.  I did not expect this quality brand to roll at the waist band, after an hour of wear.  I was quite disappointed.

They are not tight but will prevent a smoother look under clothes. Lightweight. They seem to be just what I want. I hope the legs don't ride up on the correct size. I love the no seams.

I wanted a slip product to let clothes flow over my curves and save me from thigh chaffing, not to try to pretend to be 2 sizes smaller than reality. I couldn't even get it on my body. I'm a size 10 and this would fit a 4 year old.
