[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are always looking for inexpensive beds for our short term rentals at the beach. This one is great. Love the navy linen material! The headboard depth is not real thick so it pushes up nicely to the wall and it has tufting to give it a little more class. We put a 10" foam mattress on it. It is sturdy enough, but we added a thin bunkie board to give it even more stability.

This is a king size bed frame with a ribbed, tufted, three button headboard. The headboard and sideboards are padded in a soft Blue Linen color. Very nice lavish modern style, which would work great in any room. Works very well in changing styles and fashions. Comes with sleek and strong black metal legs, also black metal side rails. Using the slat system removes the need to purchase any additional box springs or foundation. Any type of mattress will work fine. My favorite features: quick and easy assembly with one year warranty, low headboard, rounded corners, sturdy, low clearance, extra parts included, clear instructions. It is a privilege to review this fine product from Novogratz. Very highly recommend this bed frame. Highly recommended.

Stunning Novogratz Bed Frame!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Novogratz Freddy upholstered bed frame. It's sturdy, I know my son won't fall off or the frame won't fall apart on him! It's going to hold up and last awhile. It was easy to assemble, all the parts were included. It took us about 30 minutes from start to finish. The wood slat's are nice to have also so it holds the entire mattress and not just part of it. You could but don't need a box spring and that's good to give someone the choice of how high you want your bed. We are not using a box spring as it's not necessary. It's sturdy, really well made and well covered and padded where we needed. I love that they did the side rails to match— such a nice touch!! It looks very finished when we make the bed. The color says blue linen, but to me it's more of a blue is denim blue which is what I wanted. It's more of a modern look.

Wished the headboard was a little bigger but overall I like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that this product came with everything you'll need to put together. You won't have to worry about a screwdriver because this comes with a mini tool that screws in the screw. This was still a very time consuming thing to put together if your by yourself. I would suggest getting another person to help. While I tried the full sized version of this bed frame it was still hard to put together. The headboard is a very pretty blue color. It seems to be sturdy and comfortable to use. Lightweight so you can move the frame around easily.

Great color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's lower to the ground than I thought but it is a rather nice frame for
a guest room bed. I highly recommend someone help you bring it inside 
once delivered since it weighs over 70 pds. It should only take about an hour to put 
together since the instructions are super easy to understand. The box also
had extra hardware in case something is missing and the only tool
needed is an allen wrench which is included.

Nice upholstery

If you have a thick mattress or lots of pillows you can barely see the headboard part which is the prettiest part of a bed frame. The color is a beautiful blue. The frame is very contemporary with sleek lines and the base is open at bottom which is great if you have a roomba.

Great beautiful bed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is on the full size bed frame. 
Easy to assemble. Once together I'm not too sure about the wood slats lasting if the kids got too rough on the bed. They're a bit thin. I would have replaced the with thicker/stronger wood slats but they slip into a slot and the middle bar is metal so I can't screw larger wood slats into it.
But, will see how long they last. For children this would be okay. But for a larger adult I seriously doubt the slats would last.
The mattress we have sits high. Because it's thicker, it covers up a lot of the headboard.
The frame sits lower to the floor which is nice for the kids. Might be too low for some adults.
It's an okay bed frame. Just one I don't think I would trust heavier adults sleeping on.
I'll have this in one of our spare rooms and just use it for the occasional guests that visit.

A little low

This is the second time I ordered this item and both times the boxes arrived late and destroyed from FexEx carrier used by company. They actually leave it on my doorstep in condition shown in picture. Bed itself is what you pay for. Best for teens or maybe a guest room where it's not used much.
