This stuff is GREAT...you have to rinse well..and then FRY...I Use a little pam spray oil, onions, peppers, mushrooms and 12 turkey meatballs cut in half.... as well as  Classico pasta sauce is a great choice! the meal in the photos...is 462 calories and too much for one sitting...Makes a terrific low calorie meal is is totally  keto friendly! .

GREAT pasta Alternative!!

This 'pasta' takes a little getting used to. It has an odd smell when you first take it out of the package but rinsing it removes a lot of it and any sauce you add further masks it. 

I recommend drying off the rinsed noodles in a dish cloth or some paper towels before adding sauce, if you don't like a watery pasta. It goes really well with pesto, alfredo or tomato based sauces. 

These noodles are not salty at all, so ignore the other reviewer who blames the noodles for his adding too much salt.

Finally...a healthy pasta for diabetics!

Excellent substitute when eating gluten-free. The texture and taste are very similar to vermicelli with gluten.

Very good! Does have a smell when you open it. But once you rinse it well and put on your favourite sauce, I used homemade tomato sauce and Alfredo, both are great!

I use these regularly for substitute in dishes that require pasta. I love them!!! Agree with the smell at first but like other poster said rinsing gets rid of smell. I love they are zero carb and zero sodium!!!! If they're too salty you salted them too much

I made chicken scampi with this...the chicken was amazing...the noodles were so salty that we could not finish the meal.
