The smell of this bleach smells better than any I have used, and this is one of the only ones on store shelves that will really take my hair to the blondest level in one application.

it was scary because i didn't realize it had charcoal in it and thought maybe black box dye had been switched out in the factory by accident but nope, it turned out amazing and worked like a dream and the blue toning conditioner is amazing and works wonderfully and my hair (after bleaching it for a few years now) feels healthy after using instead of like hay

Works wonders on naturally dark hair. I’m in between dark brown to black hair naturally and it gets my roots to platinum every time. 
BUT I will say if your hair is extremely processed it could be damaging. It’ll lift the color but it’ll dry your hair out. 
Honestly I think it’s the best for root touch up on dark hair trying to match already blonde/ platinum hair.

I really like this product. Its easy to use, has a pleasant scent, and leaves my hair feeling soft. The color is beautiful, and the color lasts for at least 6 weeks. Im quite satisfied.l

I understand that it's kind of a temporary color, but I have naturally light colored hair and even with that The bleach at the job, but it wasn't as bright as I thought it would and it didn't bully help the color that I was adding after and it's washing out like already all of the products I used

I gave three stars on some ratings only because my box of hair dye was missing the conditioner and the instruction packet with the gloves, when I received the item It did not appear as of the fox had been previously opened at all The seal was still intact so it could have been possibly a manufacturing issue otherwise I would give this item a perfect rating on everything. It's only because my was missing those items and I don't know why, but I will still continue to purchase from this brand because I have been buying this brand for many many years and have always been satisfied with the product and the outcome and results of the product. This will not deter me from purchasing again I'm just a little disappointed that I was missing these items from the hair dye but other than that I would highly suggest this product to anyone who is looking to purchase it. It is great quality hair dye, and I will always stay with this brand.

bad. Dark hair is orange and grey hair fell out!!! Im 44 very little grey hair and This caused significant hair loss made my grey hairs lilke dissolve  which ended up with some  seriously bald patches left only baby hair near temples and part . Also some how the formula keeps working leaves a smell like until the next day no matter how much I rinse beware your hair will get lighter and lighter and damaged . Would not recommend for anyone with light brown / Caucasian hair .

Doesn’t actually lift your hair color I was brown going to platinum blonde but it a lighter brown at best with me having the dye on for 62 minutes (don’t extend past 60)

This claims to lighten hair to Plantinum, even if your hair is dark. My hair is light brown (stylists still call it blonde). It didn't even lift my light-color hair to platinum, so there's no way it's going to take Dark hair to platinum - not even close. Waste of time and money. I had to bleach over the color left behind by this product. Terrible thing to do to my hair, but I had no choice. Really annoying - typically, I have had success with Nutrisse blonde colors. Just say no to this one.
