The Boss loves this chair- says it is extremely comfortable after a few weeks of use.  It was relatively easy to assemble.  The faux-leather seems a bit cheaper than I anticipated.  Otherwise good thus far.

Since I'm long waisted, I need a high back and this one is the highest that I found.

This is the nicest chair I have ever owned. Very sturdy. I am 6'2" and 400 lbs it I fit in it comfortably and you feel how strong it is made. I am in my office up to 10 hrs and this chair never gets uncomfortable. Walmart's's price is $100 less then other sites selling the same exact chair. Not a stretch to say its more comfortable then my recliner at home. Love it !

Totally Awesome Chair !

Heavy duty hardware, beautiful stitching, and couch-like comfort make this easily the best office chair I have ever had. The set-up was straight-forward and easy to follow. Walmart shipped very quickly. This chair is quite pricey, but if you're heavy set like myself and sit in an office chair for long hours, this one is well worth the investment.

I LOVE this chair!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a little difficult to put together.  Some of the bolts and holes didn't line up just right, and you had to install them loose and push/pull/twist to get them all in....but it was worth it!  I love the chair!

Big Man chair!

I bought this chair over 3 years ago. I paid considerably more for it. It was large and comfortable for my over sized carcass. However, it lacked sufficient lumbar support and only lasted 3+ years before the "Bonded" leather started to peel away from the substrate. It's very thin. This and durability is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating.

Great chair for big folks but....

I recently bought this chair it is very comfortable but a little difficult putting it together  as we had a problem with the screws.

I ordered this chair because it has a 500-pound capacity. The cylinder quit working about a month from the purchase date. I am heavy (390 lbs)  but this cylinder should have held up. I have not been successful in contacting the warranty personnel.

Disappointed

I am a blue collar guy and have a lot of experience putting stuff together. I did ascrew inventory first ... did not have what was listed. Put it together anyway hoping the short screw had enough thread. One screw was not machined correctly ... would not start. Had to wrestle with it to get the arm holes to line up ... leather kept getting in the way and the tension of the back to the seat was severe ... I had to use a lot of weight and muscle. Did not tighten the screws all trhe way until they were all in, except for the badly machined one. Finally got it though one arm screw would not go in all the way. End result .... lopsided. When I sat down, I heard a clunking noise .... couldn't figure out why. Must be the mechanism as all screws were tight except the one arm. Wasn't due to the badly machine screw missing either. Packed the whole thing back up (except for the piston attach points as there was no way to unstick it from the base or seat; I didn't want to hammer it apart). Walmart was great about the return. As they should be when marketing so many products made in China. All in all ... a bad experience with the chair. And this is after a ton of research! I was excited about the great reviews. Afterward, I looked at Amazon reviews and people had similar difficulties.
