I have been using this for several years now . Love the color . Also included conditioner is amazing after wash.

Amazing product

Beautiful, rich darkest brown shade with excellent grey coverage. I love that it’s ammonia-free and doesn’t have a harsh smell — my hair felt soft and shiny after coloring. The only downside is that the color fades a bit sooner than I expected, but overall it’s still a great at-home option.

Good, but fades a bit fast

the box looked opened when I received it and the color guide was different on the box than the 1 on the website. 
i have very dark brown almost black hair and it made it almost medium brown .. the color itself was very beautiful and shiny loved it!

Game changer

Dye covering l my black and grey hair changes to a red tone after a week.  It was also missing a conditioner which usually comes with it.

Abuse on double the price.

Applied to natural  silver with some darker areas hair to make the hair more even silver. Turned hair purple silver. Not happy. Would like a refund or rebate coupon. TY.
