Quality

Open box item ordered and received, item was as described.  This item had zero imperfections and works well.  Super savings on the item.  The only drawback is the warranty is slightly reduced.  The item was packaged in its original box and had all of the attachments etc.  that come with a brand new TV.  The whole process from ordering to delivery was super easy.

Great TV. Color and sound sound quality are great and the smart options work really well. I was pleasantly surprised with the Samsung TV option, there is no need for cable as there are plenty of channels and it's free!
