I appreciate that they are organic and uphold the nostalgic quality of ramen that I grew up with.  Also like that you get 4 packs of nooodles within one box.  I've only tried one of their broths, and it was pretty good. Curious to try more flavors.  (Broths are sold separately)

Great Noodles

If you like to make your own ramen, you should try these. Easily prepared and delicious when you're following directions.  These are a weekly purchase for me.

These are really awesome noodles! I use them in miso soup. Tasted great. Awesome consistency. Preparation was easy, he just throw them in boiled water. They also scored high on my Yuka app— definitely recommend!
A little bit higher priced than other noodles, but much better for you!

Yummy and nutritious

As a busy "crunchy" mom, many times I wish for an easy and guilt free meal. I love ramen noodles, but many of the popular brands are loaded with preservatives. Halo's Ocean is not! I prepare them with the Ramen broth and presto! You have a quick, nutritious meal! You can add some steamed veggies are meat or eat them plain. Best part is they're ready in 5 minutes! I always have them in my pantry to solve emergencies or for those days when I am simply too tired to cook. Totally recommended!

Easy, nutritious and clean ingredients!

These ramen noddles are the thin kind but have the most delicious texture and taste I have ever had in a ramen.  The noodle rounds are very hard when put in boiling water but loosen with chop sticks or a fork.  The texture is really good and they taste much,  much better than the big named ramen  sold in packets.  Delicious in soup or loosened up and added to a stir fry.
One round cooks up a big bowl.   Quality and worth buying.

i didnt personally like these due to the taste and texture (which could probably be a fault of my own!!!).  however, i do love the ingredients and that these aren't fried!!! this is highly worth it for someone who cares about the quality of their food. they just werent for me. these are also extremely hard to find on the shelf for some reason, so it took FOREVER to finally try them

its alright

These are kinda mealy when all said and done. Not worth the price imo. If you "really" need a ramen style noodle. Buy a 12 pack of your favorite and opt out of the seasoning packet and make your own broth and whatever else you want. Or use spaghetti noodles. Yep. They are good too.

Would be better if the noodles were  a tad thicker. I prefer noodles  that are thicker for  many reasons including the thicker noodles tend to do better in hot broth. The thinner a noodle is the faster it becomes mushy. These noodles are just to thin in my opinion. They are the thinnest ramen noodles I have seen to date. I tried to kettle boil them first and then I tried to boil them in a pot and both times they just came out to thin. I like texture in my noodles. Maybe I received a bad batch because I bought these few years back and they were different and better!

To think of a noodle

These noodles get really mushy fast. They are so thin, they absorb the broth and become a compact glob. I prepared them according to the instructions and also I tried preparing them in in some ways I thought might work. The outcome was the same, too mushy.
