I have been using the OtterBox band cases for years and years. I just traded my old IPhone 13 Pro for a new 17 Pro and its the same quality that I have all ways received from the company.  I am an electrician and I use my phone for everything and in every locations.  I am a big dropper of my phone. Never had a problem with the phone.
 I bought the new case and within a few days I received an email that there is a problem with the phone button being easily pushed which I was finding my camera on all the time. The email stated there was a problem with the first run and we would like to make it right with anyone who has a problem. Well that was me! I just received an new case with the camera button not a problem.  What a great experience to have a company be proactive instead of reactive.  A breath of fresh air. Beside the amazing warranty that OtterBox offers,which I have taken advantage of before. Which keeps me coming back.  For my surprise I received a Premium Pro Wall Charger with my new case and boy Premium to say the last.  The package was nice a simple and the charger feels great in my hands the double usb-c's are perfect for super fast charging while my wife and I sit on the sofas together.  I am a real customer and they have a customer for life with me. I couldn't think of going with any other case and I will tell my friends about this super pleasant  experience.

Having been a customer for twelve years, I've had to have my Otter Box replaced more than once because of wear and tear. . . . with never and extra charge. Gravity is relentless but so is the Defender. I dropped my iPhone 6, 12, and 17 more than once and defender did its job every time!

I really like the cover for the charging ports. it protects from the elements and that's the first thing that usually goes bad. One of the best cases for pocket users.

The camera button is all wrong - I feel like I hit it all the time with my hand, I feel like I actually liked it better with the notch because with the capacitive button being too sensitive I constantly activate both the camera and ai unintentionally.

I have always used the defender series case for my iPhone. This new model for the iPhone 17 is very ascetically pleasing but it is not as sturdy as the previous versions.  I have had the case 2 weeks and there is already a small crack I'm the back of the case.  Makes me concerned it will hold up to the 4 year longevity of the previous cases.

For an OtterBox, I was very surprised that the case did not snuggly fit the phone and the button on the right side of the phone was so insanely easy to press. I took so many accidental photos, biggest design flaw ever.

Do not buy this case!!! There's an issue with the camera button where it's way too sensitive. My phone is constantly in the camera & I swear I haven't touched the button. It's a major design flaw. OtterBox said there'd be a fix but there's been no follow up & nothing sent out to me. BUY ELSEWHERE!

DO NOT BUY!!!

Despite installation of defender pro and screen protector my screen cracked within two weeks - without even dropping it. Just in my coat pocket. My only explanation is that it must have been hit at a weird angle by my door key in my pocket or something like that. The crack is next to the ring on/off button on the phone. But really I thought this would provide more protection. Hugely disappointed.

Heard great things now very disappointed

This case has a design flaw that traps dust, causing scratches on my phone. I am disappointed to learn that Lifeproof cases are no longer available, so I have resorted to this alternative, which has proven to be the worst case ever. I strongly urge the manufacturer to restore Lifeproof cases.

Clear plastic, nothing like previous models feeling strong. Feels like recycled plastic and for price point doesn't feel like older Otterbox cases
