Works great for protecting phone, sucks for anyone you're trying to talk to. Nobody can hear you and you can't hear them and trying to use the speaker sucks. Everything you need to hear from or speak into is so restrictive it's unusable. Might as well set a Benjamin on fire you will get more from doing that than buying this phone case. Wast of money do t buy it.

Burn your money instead!

Terrible case for this phone do not waste your money. Sure it keeps the phone dry underwater but if you are not underwater with your phone in this case is a complete waste of money you cannot talk on the phone without holding open the charger port cover, and you can also not hear anyone speaking to you through the phone unless you have it on speaker even then the sound is still muffled

Do not waste your money

I have purchased every Fre series foe every pro model for the past several years and have loved them, however something is wrong with this years, I can hardly hear any one on a phone call unless I put it on speaker, and also people are saying they are having a hard time hearing me. (The issue goes away if I take the case of)

I requested a replacement sent to me (hoping I had a dud) I installed the new on and then same issue. I do not know where to go from here, I believe this will take a case redesign.

Worst fre series I have ever purchased

There is an issue with case where you can hardly hear when talking on the phone and holding it up to your ear. Also while on FaceTime or speaker phone the other person has trouble hearing you. For the price of the case this should not be an issue.

iPhone 17 Pro Max frē case

It's a nice case but took the case off to clean because of dust and the magnet inside the case come off with on my phone. For the cost of the case it's very cheaply made and honestly not worth the money

Sent Back.  When using speaker phone setting no one could hear me.  Frustrating.  I've used this model from lifeproof for 6+ years never had a problem before.

I purchased this case and have a had problems with it ever since. When on the phone, no one can seem to hear me. I received a replacement and it's no better. I made sure I put the phone in the case correctly but nothing was working. I got so fed up and decided to deconstruct the case. When I deconstructed the case to find out why, I found there is hard plastic covering the majority of the speaker. I understand it is a waterproof case. So either it's waterproof to a fault or the manufacturer has messed up the quality. Unless , you plan on switching out your case all the time, this case doesn't seem functional for everyday use.

Waterproof to Fault or Quality is Bad

Made it very hard to hear other person on the phone and when other person is put on speaker phone, they couldn't hear me. Also way too expensive for it to be like that.

Zero Stars

Horrible. Can't hear the other end and the other end has a hard time hearing me. This case does not work like they used to. I have used Fre cases for years.
