Matter what. The only drawback is that when you buy the defender, it doesn't come with a clip. You have to receive the product, then use the code to get the clip mailed to you. I can see that years down the road, it will be an issue where you have to separately buy the clip
From the defender case, which will turn away a lot of shoppers. Shoppers don't like items pieced out. However, the product is the best. I have dropped my
Phone several times over the year and it has never broken. Knock on wood. Good quality.

Otter Box is nearly unbreakable.

I've been in an OtterBox customer for at least eight years I have never had an issue without her box when I need a replacement they are Jonny on the spot all you have to do is send them proof and they send you a new case. I will always recommend OtterBox always they're expensive but well worth it you pay for what you get. I'm in the construction business and I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone

Defender case

Nice color and pattern. Fits the iPhone 17 Pro Max like a glove. Bad wrist strap connector that breaks easily and makes it difficult to put the strap onto the connector because it is fragile and the hole is too small for many strap connectors. Since this was true of the iPhone 16 Pro Defender XTs. We still love this protector because it has protected all of our phones through the years.

OtterBox has been my go to iPhone protection for several years now,
The quality and durability of their products is unmatched.
I recently traded in my iPhone 11Pro for a new model and it looked as good as the day I bought it.
The added convenience of the holder makes this combination bullet proof.

OtterBox delivers a quality product

The defender phone case and holster work well to protect your phone and keep from having to put the phone in your pocket.
I just wonder if the clip could be made a little bit different to secure the phone. I have a few times not had the phone completely locked in place and dropped the phone. The OtterBox did its job and protected the phone.

iPhone 17 pro holster

The iPhone 17 Pro case is typical solid OtterBox. The concern I have is with the holster that doesn't seem to secure the case as good as my previous iPhone 12 holster. Twice within a couple of weeks the phone fell out of the holster, something that didn't happen with my old one.

Great iPhone 17case, suspect holster

The holster does not hold the phone securely enough and at times causes the phone to fallout at times.  One time it fall out of the holster and I did not know and someone stopped me to inform me of the phone on the rugged floor. The iPhone 17 Pro design has its challenges so that could why the holster design may not be as secure.  Other than that, I have had Ottobox Defender cases and holsters for years.

I have the 17 Pro Max and I bought the Defender Series Pro XT Case for it. I saw that the clip is compatible with this case and it does hold but it falls out pretty easily. I've already had two instances where my phone has fallen off and I didn't realize until I was a good distance away from where it landed. I like Otterboxes but I'm worried about losing my phone someplace because the products that should be compatible aren't as compatible as they should be with each other.

Warning: Phone isn't secure

The clip holds the phone where the screen is facing outward.   I feel the screen is protected better when the phone  is facing the towards my belt.  I've owned several otterbox clips for different iPhones and they have worked perfect.  But the new clips for the iphone17 doesn't work.

Clip won't hold phone.
