Have a flavourful Indian-inspired dish ready to eat in as little as 6 minutes with Our Finest Mattar Paneer. The convenient frozen meal features fried paneer cheese in a creamy, Indian-inspired tomato sauce seasoned with authentic spices. The paneer is accompanied by fragrant basmati rice for a perfect complement to the robust flavours of the sauce. An ideal answer for lunch, dinner or a sudden craving for Indian food, this mild paneer with rice dish cooks from frozen in the microwave or a conventional oven. To cook the mattar paneer in the microwave, first lift the corner of the plastic film to let steam escape. Then microwave the frozen meal on high for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. To prepare it in a conventional oven, first preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the tray on a baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. See full details on packaging. I haven't been able to find this for a couple of months now and I'm quite sad about it. This was my go-to meal when I was too tired to cook. It was delicious and I especially liked that there was no meat. The paneer, peas and rice tasted so good with the sauce.

Bring this back!!

This is a great quick meal. Obviously a bit salty as most frozen meals but it was tasty. I paired it with some homemade dosa and it was fabulous. Would like go well with some naan.

This is my favourite frozen meal! It's delicious. My review lost 1 star because about a year ago, the company reduced the portion size from what it used to be.

If you are craving Indian food this hits the spot perfectly. I wish there were a few more bits of paneer,
But other than that delicious with a side of naan bread.

A Go To When Hungry

I bought this last month and microwaved it for a quick lunch. I was very disappointed to find that there was absolutely no paneer in it! I'm not sure if I just got a faulty pack but now I'm weary about buying this again. Overall, great flavour though!
